Jennifer Murlowski

Chief Estimator Site Work/Business Development

Jennifer has been in the civil construction industry for 28 years. She spent 7 years in the field as a laborer and worked her way up through the ranks. Jennifer joined the OE family in 2020 as Chief Estimator/Business Development. Her knowledge, eye for detail, hard work and dedication makes her an awesome addition to the team. Besides her work, her passion in life is dogs and would spend every waking minute with them if she could. Jennifer is also a Director with the NUCA Colorado chapter here locally.

Bryan Wilson

Estimator Underground Utilities

Bryan has an education in Engineering Physics and Physics from CU Boulder. His early career was in the construction field for quality control and testing of materials such as; concrete, asphalt and soils. From there he went on to work as a utility Construction Inspector for municipalities and cities here in Colorado. Bryan has been working on developing both his estimating and project management skills in the civil construction industry. Bryan has a strong analytical mind and he brings a wide variety of skills to the estimating position. He also can play the bagpipes (really); we can’t wait to hear him play.

Trent Shaffer

Estimator & Project Manager

Trent grew up in the civil construction industry with his family business, graduated with a degree in Natural Resource Management & Ecological Restoration and moved on to working in the commercial construction industry over a decade ago. His background includes extensive field, estimating and project management experience with civil contractors and a few years working as a Superintendent for a well known General Contractor. Trent brings a wealth of knowledge to the OE Estimating and Project Management Team. Trent loves to ski, golf and be outdoors when he can, he is a Colorado native!

Kai Josephson

General Manager

Kai started his career with an education in Construction Management over 28 years ago. He launched his construction career as a Project Engineer and progressed to Senior Project Manager in the Civil Construction Industry a number of years ago. Kai’s awesome background and experience in the field, the office and the executive suite brings even more value to the work we do. Outside of work you will find Kai with his family and friends, making the most of the work/life balance.
